Delete your aiAllure Companion account
This pathway is for aiAllure Companion, developed by Novera Group s.r.o. A deletion request covers your full aiAllure account and associated account data, including mobile companion conversations, except information we must retain for legitimate legal, fraud-prevention, or security reasons.
Delete from the app
- Open aiAllure Companion and sign in.
- Open Settings.
- Choose Delete account and confirm the request.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the address attached to your account. Use the prefilled subject below and write “Delete my full account” in the message. We may ask you to verify control of the account before deletion.
Request account deletionWhat happens next
We aim to process valid requests within 30 days and will send confirmation when complete. Deletion cannot be undone. If you have a separately billed subscription, cancel it through its original billing provider; email support if you are unsure which provider applies.
